The universe that surrounds us and the diversity of moods inherent in the songs provided the starting point for the new album of the Gábor Horváth "Tojás" Trio.
Gábor Horváth Tojás is a jazz pianist, composer, producer and teacher at the Bartók Conservatory. He is one of the prominent performers of the Hungarian jazz scene, the founder of the Transform Quintet and a member of Zita Gereben's band, and he also made a joint record with the world-famous jazz pianist Joey Calderazzo. He made his fifth album with his own trio, entitled Multiverse.
The compositions on the disc are characterized by playfulness, musical humor and emotional color. In addition to energy bombs rich in energetic, fun, and magical rhythm changes, there are also grand solos and anthemic ballads. Gábor's compositions are characterized by "picture painting", the clear and effective expression of moods and emotions and the trio's perfect instrumental performance.
