The Quartet is part of the so-called “mainstream” whit a program tribute to the great predecessors and successors of Jazz, whit the “spirit of our times”.

The music of the band is based on the works of famous jazz musicians, spiced with their own similar, but a bit more modern songs. On this night, the popular vocalist, Berki Tamás will join the formation.

The music is a medley of different styles, including jazz, drum ‘n’ bass, jungle, hip-hop and rap. An overall category could be nu-jazz, but Loop Doctors can also be seen in clubs, where people actually dance to the music.

Trio á la Kodály feat. Havas Lajos
Dezső Oláh jazz pianist, Zoltán Erdő clarinetist and shawm player, Gergely Tar percussionist established the Trio á la Kodály group. The primary goal of the formation is to present Zoltán Kodály’s works with new reflections, spiced with folk music.
