Even we were taken by surprise by the immense success of our Summer Jam Session events. Therefore, we decided to continue the series throughout the year with groovy and funky sounds. Each Wednesday BJC Beat Jam will present you the most mind-blowing side of jazz.

The internationally known and recognized jazz songstress Nikoletta Szőke and one of the best pop singers in Hungary, Nikolas Takács are going to enchant the audience of Budapest Jazz Club. 

The Balogh Tamás Quartet is a young & dynamic jazz band. In their music we can find different influences like R&B, Contemporary music or even a touch of folk.

Mizrab plays crossover jazz spiced with Hungarian themes. The extraordinary formation consists of guitar, bass, drums and percussion.

The band was formed near ten years ago, their first album was released only in 2009.

With the establishment of the Szakcsi Jazz Association, contemporaries and friends remember the greatest Hungarian jazz pianist of his time, Béla Szakcsi Lakatos.

The amusing way they perform evergreens and standards attracts a huge audience every month, and has a large number of frequenters.
